Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Investment Holding Group
- Position Title: Accounts Payable Executive (AP)
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
- Process and perform all accounts payable (AP) related functions
- Process transactions in accordance with the Company\'s SOPs
- Handle internal reconciliation
- Provide necessary assistance during internal and external audits
- Work with the team to improve processes and policies.
- Any ad-hoc finance assignment
- Min. Diploma in accountancy, finance, or related studies
- Min. 2 years of experience in AP
- Experienced in MS Excel
- Experience in SAP Business One is highly preferred
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
