ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Finance Associate to join the Finance team on a part-time basis to focus on Accounts Payable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Respond to all vendor enquiries regarding payment status.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintain historical records and invoices.
• Pay employees by verifying expense reports and supporting documents.
• Pay vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly vendors reports
• Support in month end closing for AP function
• Continue to improve the payment process

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• ACCA or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fast learner and able to work independently
