Accounts Payable Executive (6 Months Contract, Town, Up To $4000)

Job Description
:
- 5 days work week
- Salary: up to $4000
- Location: Raffles Place
- Enter AP/AR Office/Staff Claims Vouchers /Payments in SAP Hana
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation / update cashbook/ Update FX Rates
- Assist in Month end close activities , Park Journals entries in SAP , Prepares balance sheet schedules
- Assist in GST returns, GTP reports, AIS reports to local Tax Authority .
- Assist in Quarterly Audit Processes, Prepare FS Schedules
- Assist in yearly Transfer pricing walk through and provides document supports
- Assist in Tax Submission ECI, Final Tax computation
- Prepare/Assist government surveys.
- Prepares/Assist GTP Local Business spending report
- Provide supports for other ad hoc request
- One with prior AP experience or fresh graduate who is keen to grow your accounting career is welcome to apply
- Classification: Company General Use
- Meticulous, analytical and is a team player
- Proficient in MS Excel
- The ability to prioritise and manage huge work flow
- Those with immediate availability will have distinct advantage
