Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-5:45pm (work US timing if there\'s some communication/meeting required)
Location: Beach Road (Bugis)
Salary: S$3200-S$3600

- Handling day-to-day supplier invoices, including but not limited to trade & non-trade, intercompany & 3rd party.
- Perform 3-ways matched, ensure proper authorization is being in compliance with.
- Prepare payment run (wire/cheque) in according to payment schedule.
- Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation ensure completeness of the AP records for the company.
- Support month end close activities, including not limited to preparation and journal posting.
- Support external/internal audit, including not limited to prepare schedules and provide information as required.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA).
