Accounts Payable Specialist 5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work US timing if there's some communication/meeting required) Location: Beach Road (Bugis) Salary: $3,200 - $4,500 (depends on work experience) Accounts Payable Specialist 5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work US timing if there's some communication/meeting required) Location: Beach Road (Bugis) Salary: $3,200 - $4,500 (depends on work experience) s Handling day-to-day supplier invoices, including but not limited to trade & non-trade, intercompany & 3rd party Perform 3-ways matched, ensure proper authorization is being in compliance with Prepare payment run (wire/cheque) in according to payment schedule Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation ensure completeness of the AP records for the company Support month end close activities, including not limited to preparation and journal posting Support external/internal audit, including not limited to prepare schedules and provide information as required Perform other duties as directed Requirements: Related Diploma and Degree in related fields Prior experience in related field is preferable Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA) is an advantage
