The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in an MNC environment - FMCG Industry
• Monday - Friday/8.30am - 5.45pm
• Location: Science Park
• 1 year convertible/ renewable contract
• Salary: Up to $4300

The Talent:

• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate ability to prioritise and organize work in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments and partners
• Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
• High level of excel proficiency
• Any media agency experience will be a plus

• To provide support to the team through efficient control of finance processes and the timely delivery of effective reporting and actions.
• Supporting finance related matters including maintenance of investment reports, budget submissions, uploading approvals to central repository, raising PR/PO/GR, performing agency and all other 3rd party vendor (eg. DV) invoice check, and processing media payment
• Support monthly and session finance submissions and maintaining monthly media Investment reports.
• Checking and matching agency monthly invoices with actualised flowchart amounts and 3rd party supporting document such as actualized detailed plan, 3rd party vendor media invoices, 3rd party vendor ad tracking cost, match vendor performance report with actualized flowchart.
• Completing Session Po closure / raise new Po\'s to complete re-investment of Underspends as required \xe2\x80\x8b
• Other Ad-hoc assignments supporting above areas.
