Accounts Payable Specialist
5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work US timing if there\'s some communication/meeting required)
Location: Beach Road (Bugis)
Salary: $3200 -$3600 depends on work experience

- Handling day-to-day supplier invoices, including but not limited to trade & non-trade, intercompany & 3rd party
- Perform 3-ways matched, ensure proper authorization is being in compliance with
- Prepare payment run (wire/cheque) in according to payment schedule
- Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation ensure completeness of the AP records for the company
- Support month end close activities, including not limited to preparation and journal posting
- Support external/internal audit, including not limited to prepare schedules and provide information as required
- Perform other duties as directed
- Related Diploma and Degree from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in related field
- Solid understanding of accounting payable principles
- Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA) is an advantage
- Excellence in Excel is desired
