The CompanyOur client is a US MNC and Fortune 100 company in the technology industry. They are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections) on a 12 months contract basis.
The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring that the accounts receivable portfolio turns into cash, initiating collection calls on assigned account base, facilitating customer payment, resolving customer billing disputes, escalating problem collection accounts to credit and sales management. You will also be involved in negotiating payment plans, working with credit analyst on financial distress accounts, participating in process improvement projects, providing reports on assigned portfolio etc.
Your ProfileYou should have a minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in a similar capacity and have good customer relationship skills, good communication skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and possess good time management skills.
