Primary Objective of the role:
  • Oversee and monitor the processing of ANZ invoices and collection of revenue; ensure AR tasks are done timely, accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set criteria and parameters to achieve the best possible collection returns for ANZ clients and reduce delinquencies.
  • Guarantee that customer concerns and disputes are discussed timely with clients including making sure any requests for refunds are taken care of.
  • Streamline processes and set up sound policies through effective collaborations with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports to help them achieve company goals and reach their potentials
  • Make sure that inquiries through phone, emails and Teams GCs are actioned at the set turn-around time.
Key qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • 3+ years of team management

  • Finance functions technical skills: AR, AP, payroll, general accounting, closing, credit and collections
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Interpersonal and motivational skills; capable of building relationships across the organisation.
