Credit control & collections
Processing customer invoices and payments
Work closely with Operations to resolve any issues
Invoice lodgement via 3rd party online portals
Issuing customer statements & monthly reconciliations
Handle customer queries and resolve discrepancies
Setup and maintain customer accounts.
Assist with cash flow and month-end processes
Assist Accountant with timely information and reporting
