The AR representative is responsible for calling insurance companies to inquire and collect information regarding the denials of claims.
Review, and document denied claims using billing software, including electronic claim processing.
Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
Research and appeal denied claims.
Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time.
