Job Description

Responsible in ensuring that company receives payments for goods and services within the approved credit terms, and records these transactions accordingly.Duties and Responsibilities: * Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online transactions.

• Updates receivables regularly and monitor ageing.
• File, update and maintain accounting ageing
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service, and from customers.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment terms, payment history, credit line;
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals, preparing report.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Involves in Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Inventory activity.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

General Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 2-4 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
