Job Description


  • Accounts Receivable / AR Exp
  • 1 Year Contract
  • No Exp Are Welcome To Apply - Training Provided
Job Scope:
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Function
  • Registry of supplier invoice, process payment & recording payment in accounting software
  • Updating customers receipt in accounting software
  • Assist in daily accounting data entries and month end closing
  • Assist in Intercompany reconciliation
  • Cash management including banking activities
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Handling of administrative accounting and administrative duties, including staff reimbursement
  • Assist on GST Filings
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules, which include AP, AR and Intercompany Confirmation
  • Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Accountancy
  • Possess minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
  • Prior experience in MNC / Shared Service environment is advantageous
  • Prior regional / multi-currency experience is advantageous
  • Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Good time management

  • Location: CBD
  • Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
  • Salary: Up to $3200/mth + AWS + VB
