Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Lead and drive the service contract management end-to-end process
- Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure that all service contract terms and conditions are captured accurately in the system
- Work closely with the billing teams to ensure that data is captured accurately in the billing system to facilitate invoice processing
- Troubleshoot any issues related to contract booking, collaborating with internal counterparts and customers to resolve and reconcile any discrepancies
- Generate reports on booked contracts, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance analysis
- Perform month-end closing activities for Account Receivable including reconciling AR balance, processing any accruals, and ensuring accurate recording of revenue
- Perform the credit assessment for new customers to ensure timely payment and minimize the risk of bad debt
- Involve and facilitate internal and external audit requirements when necessary
- Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
