Handle day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing (such as assessing the adequacy of accruals/provisions), and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules
Update and maintain the general ledger
Reconciliation of entries
Process orders, invoices, and maintain payment portal
Receive orders
Work closely with business owner to assist with different tasks and scheduling
Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents
Prepare payroll certification for manpower claims
Process claim submissions to funding organizations for funded projects
Assist on corporate tax, internal and external audit matters
Requirements:
Min Dip/Deg in accounting or equivalent
1-2 years of experience will be at an advantage
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Team player and collaborator
