Job Description

:
You will support the finance team in handling day-to-day finance matters. Handle AR functions such as generating invoices, reconciliations, month-end closing, follow up on payments, reporting, compliance matters, and audit. Point of contact with the business.
You will need to:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate issuance of the client's invoice
  • Respond to customers and business unit enquiries
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Review the Customers' Aging report, follow up with clients, and ensure that payment is received on time
  • Involve in the month-end closing
  • Involve in managing finance-related configurations in the CRM system (e.g updating price table, product list)
  • Perform Balance sheet and payment reconciliations
  • Handle interface file issues between the billing and financial systems
  • Support Compliance matters, MOH, and Statutory Audits
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects (e.g,. CRM enhancements and productivity projects, cover-duty arrangement)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting from a local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining partial/full sets of accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheet
  • Prior experience on SAP is an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Meticulous with eyes for accuracy, committed, discreet and team player
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
