Job Description


Handle and ensure timely closing full set of accounts, reconciliation & accounting schedules;

  • Management of company’s cashflow;
  • Liaise with external auditors and preparation of audited financial statement;
  • Liaise with bankers for loan drawdown and loan rollover matters;
  • Handle corporate tax and IRAS’s tax queries;
  • Liaise with solicitors, company secretary .
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Sort and tally construction purchase order/ work order
  • Input all data into ZOHO system .Prefer candidates with Zoho accounting software knowledge ,or should be willing to learn.
  • At least 2 years working experience in construction companies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.Other Related admin support to HR Department
  • Willing to work 5.5 days
