Job Description
Stylez Pte Ltd was established in 2008 and operates a variety of Japanese restaurants, such as Kappo Shunsui, Kyuu By Shunsui, Sushi Kyuu, Izakaya Shun, and kemuri. We are looking for a new crew in charge of our accounts and HR through the semi-work-from-home scheme.
JOB SCOPE:
- Closely work with an accounting firm to manage accounts and HR-related operations.
- Handle a full set of accounts using Xero.
- Manage staff\'s leaves, expense claims, and time sheets using HReasily.
- Reconcile and update bank statements Monitor banking in of cash and credit card collection on a daily basis.
- Manage salary, OT calculation
- Manage CPF, IR-8, IR-21
- Prepare invoices in a timely manner
- Manage payments to suppliers
- Manage cashflow
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Xero account software and HReasily
- Immediate availability preferred
- Communicate in English and Mandarin
- 50% work-from-home and 50% at-office work scheme.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in handling a complete set of accounts independently
