• Work location: Multiple Sites
• Work hours: Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

Adecco is collaborating with one a local Company that specializes in energy conservation, sustainable building solutions, and M&E services, helping clients optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve Green Mark certifications. They provide tailored strategies and Energy Performance Contracting for long-term savings and sustainability.They are looking for a Project Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and planning skills, excellent quality assurance capabilities, client liaison expertise, technical proficiency in testing and commissioning, compliance knowledge, and a focus on energy efficiency. • Project Coordination and Planning: Support the project manager in overseeing and executing project timelines, deliverables, and material planning within budget constraints.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients to coordinate project delivery schedules, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance and Subcontractor Oversight: Inspect incoming materials, manage subcontractors' schedules, monitor work quality, and ensure defects are identified and resolved promptly.
• System Testing and Commissioning: Verify system functionality through testing, commissioning, and compliance with project requirements.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and submit operational and maintenance manuals, drawings, risk assessments, and required permits for project handover and compliance.
• Energy Audits and Improvement: Conduct energy audits at project sites to identify and implement efficiency measures, aligning with sustainability goals.

The Talent

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field
• Experience handling Commercial project within shopping malls
• ACMV knowledge is preferred
• Immediate Starter will be highly preferred
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
