Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for ACMV works.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate for best value.
Monitor project cost control, progress claims, VO, and final accounts.
Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documents.
Conduct site measurements, verification, and certification of work done.
Liaise with project team, site staff, clients, and consultants on commercial matters.
Track material usage, labour cost, and ensure compliance with budget.
Handle contractual correspondence and resolve variation/claim issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and project closing.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years' QS experience in ACMV/MEP works (subcon experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and construction law.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
