The role

At GBG we develop a variety of software and data intelligence solutions to help companies comply with AML regulations, detect and investigate fraud attacks and make decisions about customer risk. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Alliances & Channels, APAC at GBG- this role sits on the APAC Partnerships team- we are passionate, we are customer obsessed, we have strong technology and financial crime industry knowledge. Most importantly, we are here to make a strong and positive impact by bringing niche solutions to combat fraud and help our clients.

What you will do

  • Building positive working relationships with partners to maximize product sales within a customer base
  • Managing existing identity partners focused on sales growth and recruiting new identity partners across APAC
  • Grow the identity business in Asia, which includes identifying and onboarding both data and technology partners as relevant
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales, partner operations, partner enablement and marketing stakeholders
  • Coordinating with partners to identify key sales opportunities and to develop joint business plan to achieve business objectives
  • Work with partners to develop and review sales proposals/quotes with partners and selling in conjunction with our partners
  • Deliver product training to partners and inform them about complimentary services offered
  • Manages daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Performs business reviews and recommend improvements.(QBRs)
  • Manages sales activities and maintain sales records and reports within Salesforce.
  • May require up to 30% travel
To help you be successful, we're looking for...
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in channel partner recruitment and management, preferably within a software integration space
  • Master's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Proof of quota attainment and meeting performance objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to exercise assertiveness to influence others to create desired sales results
  • Experience using and maintaining Salesforce
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to follow directions from a remote manager/leader
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
