What are we looking for?
We are looking for a successful Recruitment Manager who is ready to step up. You will have a proven track record in leading from the front in recruitment, managing and growing teams, winning new business and delivering quality recruitment services. We would expect $500k or more in billings per year. Some experience in the transformation specialism is essential and you will need to have the confidence, tenacity and resilience to know your market and hit the ground running on business development. We also look for people who share and will champion our core values of collaboration, passion, trust and honesty. You\'ll be working directly with the Partners and Management team on the strategic vision and direction of this business area.
