What the role is
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.
What you will be working on
• Conduct lessons to adult learners and carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role. • Design, prepare and develop documents such as lesson plans and assessment descriptors as well as teaching resources/materials • Assess and evaluate student assignments and their academic performances
What we are looking for
• Possess passion and strong interest to share knowledge & mentor adult learners • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Prior teaching and facilitation experience, both in-person and virtual learning preferred. • Candidate with ACTA/ACLP qualification is preferred Qualifications • B.Sc/B.Eng or any relevant BE degree. Additional qualification in business analytics, data analytics or data management will be an added advantage. • With at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in Facility Management, Energy Management and big data Experience with any of the following: • Data analytics for facilities management • Smart FM • Aggregated FM / Integrated FM Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
