What the role is:As an Adjunct Operations Manager in school, you will supervise a team of Operations Support officers in maintaining school safety and security, as well as logistics and estate management.What you will be working on:You will be involved in various aspects of school operations such as maintenance of school facilities, coordination with vendors for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works, as well as implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. You will also work with Vice-Principal (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals, and support school leaders in student discipline-related matters.What we are looking for:

• Able to commit for a period of one year \xe2\x80\xa2 A dynamic and motivated individual with good organisational, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Service excellence with growth mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably has experience in estate management, logistics, safety and emergency planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification as a Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage (to submit certificate where applicable) Please note that shortlisted applicants will be placed on a central register for hiring schools\' consideration till 1 Nov 2024. During this period, schools may approach these applicants for an interview. If selected, their applications will be put through further processing for hiring. Applicants who are not contacted by schools by 1 Nov 2024 may deem their applications as unsuccessful. Those who are interviewed will also be notified of the outcome of their applications accordingly. In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
