Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Deliver WSQ-accredited courses focused on:
a) Digital threat identification and analysis
b) Personal data protection under the PDPA (Singapore)
c) Cyber incident detection, categorization, and escalation
d) Incident documentation and reporting procedures
e) Digital safety habits and long-term security practices
Use real-life case studies and interactive scenarios to reinforce practical learning.
Ensure learners can translate concepts into actionable steps.
Facilitate both formative and summative assessments in line with WSQ requirements.
Assessment Integrity
Uphold high standards of assessment quality and fairness.
Ensure all assessment responses are complete and evaluated accurately.
Conduct oral recovery sessions professionally and document them clearly.
Administrative Responsibilities
Complete Assessment Summary Records (ASRs) and required documentation promptly.
Maintain attendance, assessment, and learner performance records accurately.
Provide feedback to help keep course materials up to date and relevant.
Learner Support and Engagement
Provide clear, constructive feedback on learner progress.
Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes proactive security thinking.
Support learners in developing confidence in digital incident handling.
Compliance and Reporting
Comply with all WSQ, PDPA, and FirstCom Academy standards and regulations.
Report any issues related to assessment integrity or compliance.
Stay updated with evolving cybersecurity trends, tools, and incident response frameworks.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Collaborate with curriculum team to continuously enhance the course.
Share feedback and best practices with peers and operational teams.
