Emerging Tech (Blockchain, Web3, IoT, AR/VR, Digital Twins, Robotics Process Automation)
Workplace & Productivity Tools (Microsoft 365, Collaboration Platforms, AI-driven Productivity)
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions to adult learners and corporate participants
Mentor and coach learners to apply skills in real-world contexts
Conduct assessments and ensure training delivery meets WSQ standards
Develop, amend, and continuously improve teaching materials
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training
Maintain compliance with curriculum and assessment regulatory requirements
Requirements
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
Strong passion for teaching and empowering learners
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English
Proven track record of delivering training or workshops in relevant fields
Ability to engage diverse learner groups and inspire confidence
Industry certifications (e.g., Google, AWS, Microsoft, CISSP, Tableau, etc.) will be an advantage
