Performs basic accounting and administrative tasks to support a finance department, including data entry, bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Providing clerical and organizational support, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and databases.
Handle, process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
Proven experience as an Admin/Accounts Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative/accounts position.
Possess Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
Preferably with 2 years' relevant working experience.
Basic knowledge of labour laws.
Proficient in MS Office skills.
Good team player with a good work attitude.
