1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title Admin Account Assistant in a specialist clinic
& Requirements
Administrative and accounts support for the smooth functioning of the clinic including:
  • Update and maintain log of cases
  • Monitor payments to clinic and debt collection
  • Assist with payroll
  • Responding to billing queries
  • Clinical duties
  • Complying with MOH clinic regulations
  • Any other task as directed by the Clinic Doctors / Manager
Requirements
  • Secondary education/Nitec/'N' level/'O' level/'A' Level/Diploma
  • Meticulous, organised and conscientious
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry will be useful
Other Information:
  • 5 day work week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Occasional half day Saturday may be required (max 1 day /mth)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel / Word
  • Ability to monitor and respond to enquiry emails
  • Immediate availability preferred
