Roles and Responsibilities
- Set document control, retrieval and standardisation across the Company.
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of all documents pertaining to the project.
- Upload and distribute all required documentation in accordance with procedures and file naming conventions.
- Ensure timely processing & distribution of documents to concerned parties when necessary.
- Ensure that all documents are scanned and uploaded into project folder.
- Manage the review of documents received for archiving and ensure relevant metadata tagging in order to allow easy & accurate retrieval in future.
- Oversee the upload & archiving of relevant documents attained through written correspondences and request.
- Provide regular support to all end users whenever required to ensure fast & efficient retrieval of documents.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an admin support/operations support / site office administration role.
- Experienced in construction site office admin support.
