Job Description


1. Role Description The Admin & Account Manager is responsible fo reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. It will also include the administrative work and providing support for sales and operations issues which involve dealing with customer requests, providing quotations, and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices.

2. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in:

  • In charge of coordinating an organization\'s administration system and general workflows.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients
  • Developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient.
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting

3. Competencies
  • Able to facilitate effective communication with a range of stakeholders and people, both internally and externally.
  • Actively contributes to working groups in order to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Excellent problem solvers build networks and know how to collaborate with other people and teams.
  • Able to analyse and interpret each project potential risk and delays reports and translate data into actionable optimisation plans.
