Handle phone calls and customer queries and provide timely updates on repair and maintenance jobs 3. Monitor and track repair and maintenance jobs 4. Data entry into the system for real-time records 5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow 6. Quotation preparation 7. Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements: 1. Good organizational skills 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 3. Meticulous with an eye for details 4. Good teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills 5.
