Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and assist with month-end processes Assist with inventory costing reports and coordinate with operations teams Track fleet-related expenses (insurance, road tax, maintenance) Support bank reconciliations and expense reporting Prepare supporting documents for audits Communicate with vendors and clients on account-related queries

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Able to meet deadlines and work independently Good communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable:

Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain sector Familiarity with fleet or inventory cost tracking Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
