Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organization of files, documents etc. To assist Order Desk and Receiving Dept in performing daily order, invoicing, goods receipt and month end closing. Assist in any ad hoc office duties

Requirements:



You should be self-initiative, confident, flexible and able to work independently. 6 days work week, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm Good listening and communications skills and experience in customer service * Language: English - spoken and written, Mandarin / Cantonese - spoken
