Job scope:
Work closely with Cofounders on the following: Liaise with suppliers. Coordinate, track, track purchases, expenses and receipts to report to accounting Organised and confident sourcing of items online and locally - Carousell, Alibaba and tabao etc. Responsible for organising and labeling items for use on site. General office administration work (data entry, filing and monitoring stationery supplies ) Managing petty cash. Answering phone calls . Other ad-hoc administration duties . Ability to handle accounts entries into Xero. Familiar with Microsoft Office
We are looking for a team player and who likes to work in a dynamic environment. Kindly note that we are in a shophouse that does not have a lift. Salary will commensurate with experience.
