We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive cum Admin to manage our daily financial bookkeeping and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Process staff claims, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
Regulate company transactions to comply with policies and statutory guildlines.
General administrative support.
Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews)
Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation
Support daily admin tasks such as purchasing, office supplies, and correspondence
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent
1-2 years experience preferred in an accounting or book-keeping role.
Proficient in Xero accounting software.
Strong team player with good business and communication skills.
