Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative duties for resident-related activities
  • Responsible for daily book keeping duties
  • Deposit the received payment (cheque & cash) in the bank regularly
  • Ensure proper filing of all documents
  • Issue cheques for invoices to be paid
  • Responsible for the reception counter and phone call and reply email
  • Record feedbacks of residents and redirect to the attention of supervisor
  • Perform other administrative duties instructed by supervisor
  • 5.5 working days (For alternate Saturday off, subject by the approval)
Requirements
  • GCE O Level or N Level with minimum 1 year's working experience in condo management
  • or at least 2 years' working experience in providing front desk, administrative and book-keeping support and customer service in other service sectors
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage
  • Mature and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per monthBenefits:
