Job Description


Responsibilities: Assist to handle full set of the company accounting Daily updating of account data into the system, prepare invoices, quotations, staff’s payroll, claims, expenses, and issuances of payment Ensure smooth operations of the finance department Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Preferably candidates with 2 years of relevant work experience Entry-level are welcome Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Words) Knowledge and proficiency in using any accounting software Strong command of written English and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quick learner, and a good team player Meticulous and possess a keen sense of detail
