Job Description

Responsibitilies

  • Performing routine office taks to the operation. (Filing, answering of calls, follow up sales enquire to/from customer, issue invoice, stock ordering & etc.
  • Handle partial Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Processing of day to day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business expenses
  • Process vendor payments, claims and vouchers.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Any other general admin duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Candidate must posses at least a Primary/Secondary School GCE "N" or "O" level
  • Good personality with strong communication skills
  • Proificent in MS office
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Liaise with customer
  • Working hours are from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
  • 5 days work / week
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage
