Performing routine office taks to the operation. (Filing, answering of calls, follow up sales enquire to/from customer, issue invoice, stock ordering & etc.
Handle partial Accounts Receivable and Payable
Processing of day to day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business expenses
Process vendor payments, claims and vouchers.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Any other general admin duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
Candidate must posses at least a Primary/Secondary School GCE "N" or "O" level
Good personality with strong communication skills
Proificent in MS office
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Liaise with customer
Working hours are from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
5 days work / week
Able to start work immediately is an advantage
