Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office: Facultative Admin Assistant (1 year contract) - Open to fresh grads What can you expect:

We will rely on you to:

• Manage client and market invoices from the processing system and email them out
• Liaise with our regional office to make sure our client documentation is produced promptly and meets agreed standards
• Collate all client documents, including signed slips, evidence of cover and invoices, into a package and send out to clients
• Perform general filing and administration tasks as required
• Assist with production of reports and with transition project activities for upcoming system change

What you need to have:

• Great attention to detail
• Strong client focus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize work, while keeping to agreed timeframes
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
