Over more than a decade of exploration in the IT security field, NEX has engaged herself intensively into an arena of IT Compliance services, especially for the Financial Industry and those whom require to align to certain regulatory boards’ standards.

We are in search for a candidate to join our Compliance Team to explore and experience in the trade of auditing works. Interested applicants need not bear the essentials of Compliance works experiences as you will be guided along with the works through a mentor Senior Compliance Officer. This position allows your career roadmap build towards the general IT Compliance and Auditing field of works.

Responsibilities:

  • Engagement into Site Survey works alongside with a Compliance Officer for specific data collection.
  • Analyzing collected data whilst generating reports for review and rectification works to close up Vulnerabilities found in systems.
  • Preparing management reports and documentation for Clients’ Risk Assessments and mitigation controls.
  • Assisting the Compliance Officer in all general paper works preparation.
  • Joining meetings handheld by Compliance Officer whilst taking minutes on clients’ requirements and challenges faced.

  • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic, using initiative and creativity to address challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in their work objectives.
Skills:
  • Proper communication including fluent spoken and written English, in formal documents, briefs, letters, emails, and other communications.
  • Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and an appreciation of global working are essential.
