As a Admin and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the admin and operational processes within the company.
Answering client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with clients
Managing programme & event logistics and preparation
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
Management of e-commerce systems and platforms, including website management, order fulfilment and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
Keeping track of product inventory and managing suppliers
Assist to issue invoices and quotations, and keying in expenses into the system
Handling any other administrative duties for the company
