To maintain and manage office and factory maintenance- Pest Control- Aircon- Hitachi lift- Lighting- Water dispenser- Fire extinguishers- copier9. To managed company vehicle, road tax, insurance, vehicle fine etc10. To maintain company insurance11. To manage, order and stock check company stationeries, toolbits, office supplies, pantry suppliesMOM / Ministries12. Application of Man Year Entitlement13. To monitor CSOC expiry date and course enrolment14. To submit online for grant, wavier of levyHR15. Biometrics - Preparation and update16. To record leave and MC17. To maintain and manage dormitory18. To prepare monthly production punch card19. Preparation of Employment contract for Production20. Any other ad-hoc duties assignedAd-Hoc21.
