Job Description

  • Handle expatriate housing matters by liaising with appointed housing agents . Responsible for hotel bookings and arranging flight tickets . Assist Finance and Admin Manager for the preparation of receiving guests . Maintain office PCs and software inventory records and conduct quarterly inventory check . Other ad-hoc duties as assigned . Maintain eLeave system records . Organise office events for staff welfare . Assist in monthly payroll process (eg. checking timesheets) . Manage company issuances (eg. access card, key and PC) for new joined and resigned staff . Perform other related duties as assigned 1 year working experience in related field is preferred. New graduates with positive attitudes are welcome. Goodat multi-tasking Able to work independently with minimum supervision Obtain good personal skills Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate different levels of people
