We are currently seeking a skilled Admin and HR executive to join a dynamic workplace interior design and build firm in Singapore. You will be working with experienced professionals who are well known in making impact in the regional corporate real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and mails.
- Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable.
- Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.
- Manage daily transactions, cash book, bank book.
- Liaise with clients & suppliers on payment matters.
- Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and separation.
- Process monthly compensation and benefits.
- Handle petty cash reimbursement for staff expenses.
- Perform general administrative duties, data entries & filing.
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of accounts and clerical experience in construction and service industry or related field.
- Conversant with MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
