Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Director and colleagues as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, document management and office coordination.
Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences.
Support marketing campaigns by preparing materials, coordinating events and managing social media accounts.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content (e.g., newsletters, flyers, digital posts).
Maintain accurate records and databases for both admin and marketing activities.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or social media tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in administration or marketing is an advantage.
