Provide administrative and logistical support for projects and training programmes
Engage and work with project teams in the planning and managing project
Engage in frequent stakeholder contact and communication of key information to facilitate delivery project management activities (interviews/test sessions)
Provide coordination and administrative support to online survey admin
Provide coordination and administrative support to ensure proper and timely completion of projects
Smooth operation of training programmes- virtual classes over zoom, face to face classes, e-learning progs
Preparation of logistics, materials, ordering of catering, zoom, evaluation forms.
Setup/clear training materials in classrooms
Receiving and welcoming participants and associates for interviews/tests
Assist the group in any other admin/logistic work
Requirements:
Preferably relevant working experience in administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within and with external partners
