Provide administrative support to General Administration department which may include data entry work, filing, submitting invoices for payment, and etc
Performs reception support when needed which may include answering and screening incoming phone call and forwarding to the relevant department, greeting and assisting visitors, support incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinate meeting room bookings and etc
Support phone system and ordering of name cards for both hardcopy and digital.
Liaise with M1 for new line request / contract renewal for project/corporate
Arrangement of bus transportation / meal for staff when necessary
Newspaper subscription and billing submission for payment
Assist in travel / hotel arrangements / restaurant booking and other admin tasks
Assist in the office and cafeteria supply inventory and equipment servicing schedule such as photocopier, water dispenser and etc, to ensure an efficient and well-organized office environment
Maintenance of Meeting room, Cafeteria, Reception and Daikin office premises
Assist in setting up decoration for office during festive seasons such as cny, christmas and etc
Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by superior
Job RequirementRequirement:
Minimum GCE \'O\' level
At least 2 years\' experience as a receptionist or office admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Possess positive attitude and good communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
