Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Full spectrum on office\'s facilities management and pantry replenishes
Assist in Yearly asset audit
Assist in Courier coordination
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, meeting scheduling, also maintain office cleanliness .
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
