Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail etc.).
Issue customer account statements.
Answer and transfer any incoming call and received visitors.
Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
