Order and replenish pantry and stationery supplies.
Coordinate with HR function for support interview/onboarding /employment/termination and administrative process arrangement need at site location.
These activities may include: copy services; office supplies, equipment and inventory, administrative assistance; mail, distribution, and messenger services, records management, fleet management, meeting and training arrangement.
Liaise with functional managers to ensure that office administration policies, programmers, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.
Process new vendor application, requisitions and goods received
Inbound / Outbound shipment coordination
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
